Dr. Waters graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1996 with a BS in Zoology and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine 2000 with a DDS degree.

Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Waters practiced as a National Health Service Corp Dentist for two years providing dental treatment for under-served areas of southern Rhode Island and Northeastern Connecticut. Dr. Waters has been practicing dentistry for 20 years and has 10 years of experience providing comprehensive pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Waters has two adult sons, three grandsons, and one granddaughter.
In Dr. Waters free time she enjoys painting, drawing, and spending time with her family.
